These terms govern your use of the Koumpare website and our digital marketing services. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Koumpare website (koumpare.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services.

2. Description of Services

Koumpare Digital Agency provides digital marketing and technology services including, but not limited to, web development, AI solutions and automation, search engine optimization (SEO), social media strategy and management, performance marketing, branding and identity design, e-commerce solutions, and content marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or service agreement.

3. Client Obligations

  • check_circleProvide all necessary content, assets, and access credentials required for project execution in a timely manner.
  • check_circleReview and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframes. Delays in feedback may impact project timelines.
  • check_circleEnsure that all content and materials provided to Koumpare do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • check_circleMaintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided during the course of the project.
  • check_circleMake payments according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the project proposal.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all final deliverables specifically created for their project, including custom designs, website code, and content created exclusively for them.

Koumpare’s Retained Rights

Koumpare retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies used in delivering services. We reserve the right to reuse general techniques, processes, and non-client-specific code in future projects.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Koumpare reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Typically, projects require a deposit before work commences, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones or upon completion. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under Cyprus law. Koumpare reserves the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding overdue payments.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, client data, pricing information, and any materials marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • check_circleKoumpare provides services on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee specific results from digital marketing, SEO, or advertising campaigns.
  • check_circleOur total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • check_circleKoumpare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • check_circleWe are not responsible for third-party service outages, platform policy changes, or algorithm updates that may affect campaign performance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any pre-paid fees for undelivered services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any costs already incurred. Upon termination, Koumpare will provide the client with all completed deliverables and assist with a reasonable transition period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. As Cyprus is a member of the European Union, applicable EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), also apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For ongoing projects, material changes will be communicated directly to affected clients.
